Mike and the team at kohl heating went absolutely above and beyond. We moved into a new home and the AC completely stopped. Within 24 hours of Mike stopping by to quote me a new unit he personally came and installed the new unit. It took an extra day to get up and running but could not be happier with the responsiveness and how quickly they took care of me. Extremely fair price and I never once felt like Mike was trying to upsell me. When discussing options he even talked me out of some of the other options companies presented. Stating if this was his house he wouldn’t do it. Overall 10 out of 10 experience and will never even hesitate to reach back out to them for any follow up work. I had called HVAC contractors on Monday and they were all swamped. I went with a larger one who was suppose to come out on Friday or Sat. the latest. I did not hear from them so I called this morning and they said they are still swamped and may be able to make it out today or it may have to be next week. So I called Kohl Heating and they were able to come out today. She said between 10:00 and 12:00 AM. They were here before 11:00 and my air conditioner was back up and running in about 15 mins. Thank you Kohl Heating Services! I woke up this morning to our furnace not running on the coldest morning of the year. I called Kohl Heating Services and received an immediate call back from Gale. She asked for details on the problem and immediately recommend I check the furnace exhaust vent for a blockage. This was the problem. Our furnace just went out and Kohl Heating Services responded very quickly to ensure we had heat on these cold days.  Dave and Evan were great!  They installed our new furnace in 1 day.  They were on time, very professional and cleaned everything up.  They communicated very well on what they were going to do throughout the process.
